Adult Tai Chi (Taijiquan)

Adult Kung Fu

Our Kung Fu classes are designed for all fitness levels, focusing on body preparation and fundamental skills in a safe, inspiring environment. Training includes:

  • Empty hand forms, weapons training, sparring, and conditioning.
